Over the course of the past 9 months the total number of sales increased 23.9%, the total number of active listings increased 111.4%, the months of housing supply increased 71.1% to 2 months, the median sale price remained stable and changed 1.9%, the typical market exposure time decreased 9.1% to 10 days, the median list price increased 3.6%, the typical listings days on market increased 60% to 24 days, and the median sale price as a percentage of list price remained stable and changed 0.4%.
